There is significant concern about the increasing proportion of children with learning problems due to the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, which has dramatically changed the nurturing environment of many children. Within the wide spectrum of SEN conditions, specific learning difficulties (SLD) and neurodevelopmental disorders including attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are of particular concern.
