How working on the Hong Kong Festival of Arts with the Disabled in 1986 changed a future disabled charity chairwoman’s life

Ida Lam (above) worked on the first Festival of Arts with the Disabled, in 1986, and was inspired by the way it helped people with mental and physical disabilities. She later became chair of the charity Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong.
