Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) – E-news

The EOC is an independent statutory body established by the Sex Discrimination Ordinance in 1996. It is responsible for overseeing the implementation and enforcement of the four anti-discrimination laws in Hong Kong, namely the Sex Discrimination Ordinance, the Disability Discrimination Ordinance, the Family Status Discrimination Ordinance, and the Race Discrimination Ordinance.
