HKU OneClick Successfully Hosts “Care-Connection Talk” for Students by Commission on Children Hong Kong (COC) Funding

The event was successfully held on Thursday, March 30th, 2023 at HKWMA Chu Shek Lun Secondary School.

 

We discussed sports’ benefits on mental and physical health during the event. We also demonstrated various stretching exercises that can be easily done at home without additional fees. These exercises can be done anytime, anywhere, and we hope they will encourage students to incorporate physical activity into their daily routines.

 

In addition, we organized some mini-games to encourage students to get active and develop healthy exercise habits.

 

We have attached some event photos and are thrilled all the students loved the talk. We aim to promote sports as a daily habit and will continue to work towards this goal.
