提供各種有關視障輔助器材及無障礙設施，包括廣東話發聲鐘錶、語音發聲計算機、語音發聲拉呎、語音發聲顏色識別器、盲人繪圖板、凸圖製作工具、電腦屏幕閱讀及放大軟件、點字顯示器、點字打印機、點字指示牌及其他。為視障人士、長者、老師、家長、社工及相關人士提供顧問、輔助器材銷售、使用及維修等服務，亦提供公眾教育、輔助器材培訓及教學技巧訓練等等。
